1. To improve the standard of education in Anjuman schools right from primary stage by equipping them with modern teaching aids and by improving the school infrastructure and providing comprehensive training program for the teachers.
2. To start more primary schools in the outskirts of Bhatkal to cater to the needs of that area.
3. Starting post graduate courses in Engineering in AEC.
4. Constructing Extension block for engineering college building and acquire updated equipment to accommodate increased intake and to start new courses and modernise our laboratories and workshops.

6. To improve and upgrade the Islamic Research Centre building so that students can be exposed to Islamic education..
7. Instituting a scholarship fund for the benefit of deserving students and enable them to pursue higher studies.
8. Introducing post-graduate studies in various disciplines in the arts, science disciplines in the arts, science and commerce colleges and the Institute of Management.
9. To build a separate building for a library block for the Engineering College.
10. To build a new administrative building for Anjuman Main Office.
11. To build staff housing quarters for 200 employees and their families.
12. To establish a training college for primary school teachers.
13. Shift the girls school, PUC college and degree college for women to a bigger campus near Shamsuddin Circle.
14. To construct a new hostel block for engineering college for the increased intake.
